GENERAL INFORMATION Delivery Times Standard production time is approximately 12-15 working days from art approval. Repeat orders can be produced between 7-10 working days. Production time may vary depending on the size of the order and stock availability. Rush orders can be accommodated, please call to confirm. A $125.00 (C) - $250.00 (C) rush charge will apply. Over and Under Runs Orders are considered complete +/- 10% unless otherwise stated on purchase order. Printed Minimums Minimum order for printing silk screened lanyards is 100 units. Minimum order for printing fun products is 100 units. Color Matching All PMS color requests will be matched as close as possible at no extra charge. We cannot guarantee exact color matches. Art and Design Requirements We accept artwork on disc or by e-mail in Adobe Illustrator 10 or Corel Draw 10 in both PC and Mac. All artwork must be in vector format and saved as an ai or eps file. Please forward artwork to: art@crazycordz.com All artwork must include your company name, purchase order, contact information and product name for which the artwork is intended. Black & white bitmap artwork is accepted, a scan and redrawing fee of $80.00 (C) will apply. Artwork will not be returned unless otherwise specified on your purchase order. Please include your courier account number. Proofs A free paper or email proof is provided on all orders. Pre-Production Sample Silk screened lanyard samples will be billed at $85.00 (C) plus $250.00 (C) for film and screens, per color, per logo. All fun product pre-production samples will be billed at $60.00 (C) plus screen and setup charges of $60.00 (C) per color, per location. If the sample is approved and the order is placed within 30 days, the screen charges will be credited. Sample charges are non refundable. Ink Charge If there is more than 1 imprint color per same logo, a $65.00 (C) screen cleaning charge will apply per color change, per logo. Screen Charges A second side screen charge of $250.00 (C) will be billed for a different imprint on the second side of all silk screened lanyards/ All second side fun products screen charges will be billed at $60.00 (C), plus a running charge of $0.42 (C) per unit. Packaging All lanyards are bulk packaged, 50 units per pack, 5 lbs per 100. Set-up Charges Setups are included on all tradeshow, classic lanyards. Wristbands are billed at $95.00 (C) for small press, 20,000 pieces or less. 20,000 pieces or more, setup will be billed at $210.00 (C) for large press. All other products are subject to a $60.00 (C) charge per color, per location unless otherwise specified. Shipping We ship FedEx prepaid and invoice for all charges. If an alternate courier is preferred, please specify which courier is to be used and provide an account number. All shipments are FOB Montreal, Quebec. Brokerage fees may apply to shipments destined to the USA and abroad. Duty charges will apply on certain products shipped to the USA and abroad that do no fall under NAFTA. Samples The colors of the products shown may vary slightly from the actual product color. For a true representation, we recommend a product sample. All sample requests must be faxed or emailed in. Samples will be mailed unless a courier account number is provided. Sample charges may apply. Substitutions We reserve the right to change or cancel any product at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Under such circumstances, we will substitute existing products with those of equivalent or greater value. Terms of Payment Net 30 days with established credit. First time orders must be prepaid prior to production. We accept payment by cheque, Visa and Mastercard. Trademarks Products featured are for illustration purposes only.
